On arrival you will be welcomed by your English speaking Chauffeur who will assist and drive you on your holiday. And then your epic journey begins. Check-in and relax for a bit. Spend the rest of the day exploring the cobbled lanes, ancient courtyards, dark passages and churches all overlooked by an 1,100 year-old castle, on your own. Stay the night in Prague.
DAY 2- PRAGUE Today enjoy Prague Guided tour.
Travel by luxury coach and explore the locations you reach on foot. You’ll visit the State Opera, National Museum, Wenceslas Square and Charles Bridge. Later, you’ll go across Charles Square along the banks of the River Vlatva to the Rudolfinum, and across the river to Prague Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site followed by a boat cruise on the river. After this, spend time indulging in some retail therapy. Stay the night in Prague.
DAY 3- PRAGUE Drive to the scenic West Bohemian countryside
for a relaxing day trip to Karlovy Vary that’s also known as Carlsbad, the country’s largest and most famous thermal spa. It’s 12 medicinal mineral springs are renowned with Vrídlo being the largest and most famous. It shoots its healing water almost 17m high. After experiencing the springs, wander off to admire locally manufactured Bohemian crystal, and Moser and Thun porcelain. Sip on Becherovka, a local liqueur made from herbs and some sweet local wafers. Stay the night in Prague.
DAY 4- PRAGUE – VIENNA
Today, you’ll make your way to grand Vienna. This capital city is a fascinating blend of the historic and modern. It has a wealth of grand architecture and a stunning musical heritage. You’ll have some time to explore the city on your own today. Stay the night in Vienna.
DAY 5- VIENNA
Head out on an orientation tour of this historic city. Walk down the streets and admire famous sights like the State Opera House, the Ringstrasse (Ring Boulevard) with its magnificent buildings, St Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg – the grand imperial palace of the Habsburg family, the Parliament, City Hall, the Burgtheatre and the University. The tours highlight is a visit to the Schönbrunn Palace, the summer home of the Habsburgs and Maria Theresa – mother of Marie Antoinette. Drive past the Belvedere Palace, the former summer residence of Prince Eugen and later enjoy some time on your own. Stay the night in Vienna.
DAY 6- VIENNA – BRATISLAVA – BUDAPEST
Drive through the beautiful Austrian countryside to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia located on the banks of the Danube River. Admire the Old Town’s beautiful monuments like the Primate’s Palace with rare English Tapestries, and the Castle area, from where there are great views over the city. See the city’s main sites like the picturesque Old Town, the impressive Bratislava Castle, the Grassalkovich Palace, Michael’s Gate, St Martin’s Cathedral and many others. Drive though and make your way to Budapest. Stay the night in Budapest.
DAY 7- BUDAPEST
Today enjoy and orientation tour of Budapest. Cross the Danube on the Margaret Bridge, view the House of Parliament, the Royal Castle, Fisherman’s Bastion, Matthais Church and much more on this excursion. Drive up to the Gellert Hill Citadel for a fantastic vantage point over the city. Cross Elizabeth bridge and drive by the City Park towards the Heroes’ Square Promenade. Later visit downtown Pest. After that you’re free to wander the city on your own. Stay the night in Budapest.
DAY 8- DEPART BUDAPEST (B)
Today your holiday concludes with a transfer back to Budapest Airport. Return home with wonderful memories of your holiday. END OF SERVICES
